37 units sold in primary market at weekend
A total of 37 units were sold in the primary market over the weekend as at 7pm yesterday, up 42.3% w-o-w. Apart from the 18 units launched by the Met. Acappella in Sha Tin, other projects were selling the remaining stocks.

Ten major estates recorded 13 transactions over the weekend
Due to the limited supply in the secondary market and the increasing trend of the home price, the transaction volume decreased. A total of 13 transactions were recorded in the ten major estates over the weekend, down 32% w-o-w. Among which, Mei Foo Sun Chuen with five transactions was the best-selling estate, and Kingswood Villa got three transactions.

Unit price of Seaview Commercial Building reached new high
High-Floor, Seaview Commercial Building, 21-24 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, with an area of 4,508 sq ft, has been changed hands for HKD 72.13 million or HKD 16,000 per sq ft, reaching a new high of the building. The original owner purchased the floor at HKD 26 million in 2010, making a book profit of HKD 46.13 million and a 170% appreciation in seven years.

Transaction price of Victoria Harbour reached HKD 100 m
Unit A, 8/F, Tower 1, Victoria Harbour, North Point, with a saleable area of 1,585 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 99.35 million. After deducting the discount of HKD 16.92 million, the buyer needed to pay HKD 82.43 million, and the unit price was HKD 52,000 per sq ft. The project sold out 15 units, and cashing in HKD 1.2 billion.
