Yue Yee Mansion, 18A-20A Belcher’s Street, Sai Wan, has been purchased by a financial group. The acquisition price for residential unit was HKD 20,000 per sq ft, the price for retail shop was HKD 70,000 per sq ft, and 10% of the owners accepted the offers. The building has an area of 5,255 sq ft, with the plot ratio of 9.6, a total GFA of 50,448 sq ft will be provided.
Unit price of Ultima reached new high in Ho Man Tin
House 6, Ultima, Ho Man Tin, with an area of 2,803 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 224 million or HKD 80,000 per sq ft. The unit price reached the new high in Ho Man Tin.
The Center sold at HKD 41,000 psf
Unit 07, 22/F, The Center, Central, with an area of 1,908 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 78.38 million or HKD 41,080 per sq ft. The buyer was a Chinese investor, and expecting the rising trend of the unit price in the future.
Rent of fast food shop rose 15%
Shops 5-7, G/F, 88 Tin Shui Road, Tin Shui Wai, with an area of 4,905 sq ft, have been leased out at HKD 370,000 per month or HKD 75 per sq ft. The shop was rented by the chained American fast food shop, the new rent is 15% higher than the previous rent of HKD 320,000 per month.
