50 new homes were sold at weekend
Developers concentrated in selling their inventory during the last weekend. According to market news, 50 new homes were sold during weekend, down 50% w-o-w. Among which, Le Pont, Tuen Mun, was the best-selling project with eight transactions.
Ten major estates recorded 20 transactions during weekend
According to market news, 20 transactions were recorded in the ten major estates over the weekend, up 33% w-o-w, and it has been the ninth consecutive weekends with double-digit transaction volume. Among which, Kingswood Villas and City One Shatin got seven and six transactions, respectively.
Residence Bel-Air changed hands for HKD 23.68 m
Unit B, Mid-Floor, Tower 7, Phase 6 Bel-Air , Pok Fu Lam, with a saleable area of 734 sq ft, has been changed hands for HKD 23.68 million or HKD 32,262 per sq ft. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 9.67 million in 2007, making a book profit of HKD 14.01 million in 12 years.
Shop at Tai Ming Lane rented at HKD 250,000 per month
Shop A, G/F, Gold Reserved Court, 12-20 Tai Ming Lane, Tai Po, with an area of 1,900 sq ft, has been rented at HKD 250,000 per month or HKD 132 per sq ft. The new rent is 25% higher than the previous rent.
