Special Unit A, Top-Floor, Tower 2, Mont Rouge, Kowloon Tong, with a saleable area of 3,017 sq ft, a 91-sq-ft- terrace and a 2,111-sq-ft-rooftop, has been transacted recently with two parking spaces at HKD 307.1 million or HKD 101,800 per sq ft.

The Palazzo changed hands at HKD 26.8 m
Unit A, High-Floor, Tower 10, The Palazzo, Fo Tan, with a saleable area of 1,255 sq ft, has been changed hands at HKD 26.8 million or HKD 21,355 per sq ft. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 18.155 million in 2010, making a book profit of HKD 8.645 million.

Old building in Yau Ma Tei sold at HKD 202 m
Street Shop, multiple units on 1/F-6/F, Tak Yue Mansion, 372-378 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei, have been purchased by a financial group last month at HKD 202 million. Among which, a street shop with an area of 1,500 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 70 million or HKD 46,667 per sq ft.

Price of industrial building up 0.8% m-o-m in May
According to market news, the price of industrial building edged up 0.8% m-o-m. Among which, industrial buildings in Tuen Mun got the largest increase rate, with the unit price of HKD 3,463, up 2.6% at a monthly basis.
