Vanke Property (Hong Kong) unified the ownership of old building located at 9-11A Liberty Avenue, Ho Man Tin at HKD 451 million. The site has an area of 4,792 sq ft, and it is expected to develop with nearby site.

The transaction price and unit price reached new high of the estate. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 36.4675 million in 2013, making a book profit of HKD 26.3325 million and a 72% appreciation.
