Unit D, High-Floor, Tower 2, Scenic Heights, Mid-Levels West, with a saleable area of 1,081 sq ft, has been transacted with a parking space at HKD 29.8 million or HKD 27,567 per sq ft. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 9.7 million in 2006, making a book profit of HKD 20.1 million and a 207% appreciation in 13 years.
Villa Esplanada transacted at HKD 16.48 m
Unit H, Low-Floor, Tower 7, Villa Esplanada, Tsing Yi, with a saleable area of 867 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 16.48 million or HKD 19,008 per sq ft. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 4.4183 million in 1999, making a book profit of HKD 12.0617 million and a 270% appreciation.
