Unit A, High-Floor, Tower 2, Island Crest, Mid-Levels West, with a saleable area of 872 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 23.8 million or HKD 27,294 per sq ft. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 21.02 million in 2011, making a book profit of HKD 2.78 million in eight years.

318 new home units launched in Tseung Kwan O
A total of 318 units were launched by Grand Marini and Marini, Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O yesterday, among which, 133 units at Grand Marina were sold and it dominated around 73% of 182 units launched, cashing in HKD 1.17 billion.

Giant Shop at Sheung Shui sold at HKD 180 m
Shops A-H, G/F, Venice Garden, 1 Bo Wing Road, Sheung Shui, with a total area of 18,900 sq ft, have been sold at HKD 180 million. The giant shop has been divided into four retail shops. Of which, the total monthly rent of three shops were HKD 311,400, representing a yield of 1.5% to the new buyer.

Cadogan rented at HKD 70.2 psf
Unit D, High-Floor, Cadogan, Kennedy Town, with a saleable area of 413 sq ft, has been rented at HKD 29,000 per month or HKD 70.2 per sq ft. The owner purchased the unit at HKD 11.25 million in August this year, earning a rental return of 3.1%.
