A total of 27 new homes were sold, among which, Grand Marini in Tseung Kwan O and The Entrance in Ma On Shan recorded one and nine transactions, respectively.

According to market news, ten transactions were recorded in the ten major estates over the weekend, down one transaction or 9.1% w-o-w. Of which, five transactions were recorded in the New Territories, and City One Shatin and Kingswood Villas got two transactions each.

Unit C, 30/F, Tower 1, Fleur Pavilia, North Point, with a saleable area of 1,362 sq ft, has been transacted at HKD 49.99 million or HKD 36,703 per sq ft.
Residence Oasis changed hands at HKD 14.5 m
Unit B, Low-Floor, Tower 7, Residence Oasis, Tseung Kwan O, with a saleable area of 947 sq ft, has been changed hands at HKD 14.5 million or HKD 15,312 per sq ft. The original owner purchased the unit at HKD 4.88 million in 2004, making a book profit of HKD 9.62 million and a 200% appreciation in 15 years.
