David has gained over 30 years of proven experience in real estate, including valuation of all kinds of assets such as all common property types, leisure properties, real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) and so on. He also has substantial experience in valuing infrastructure works such as toll road, bridges, tunnels, power stations, water treatment plants and so on. In addition, David has undertaken valuations for the floatation of several substantial initial public offerings (“IPOs”) and mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) cases on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange Market and other stock markets, such as “Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd.”, “Minmetals Land Limited”, “Mapletree Logistics Trust” and “Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust”. His past work experience with “MTR Corporation Limited” has enriched him with practical professional experience and knowledge in land acquisition, land resumption, town planning and land premium negotiation.
