Gilbert has around 30 years of experience in Asia Pacific region. Prior to resuming to his major role in property valuation, he has been providing investment property consultancy and agency services for over 10 years and has been instrumental in a number of sizeable property transactions. With this invaluable experience, Gilbert always provides his professional services from a wider market perspective. Gilbert has been involved in numbers of portfolio valuations for institutions, funds or government bodies including “MTR Corporation Limited”, “Australian Government”, “Government of Singapore Investment Corporation”, “Shangri-la Group”, “Lend Lease Group” from Australia and so on. His areas of expertise include valuation for litigation, expert determination and witness, statutory valuations, rent review, lease modification and feasibility study. His valuation experience extends beyond Hong Kong, Macao and the People’s Republic of China, he had also undertaken several valuation and consulting assignments in Taiwan, the Philippines, South Korea and Fiji.
