Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice) with more than 10 years of real estate experience in Asia Pacific region, including land resumption appeal, lease modification, rent review as well as valuations for public disclosure, sale and purchase, accounting and financing purposes. He got involved in some acquisition projects and sales launch projects in Hong Kong & PRC. He is proficient in valuations, market research, due diligence and has good understanding on property investment. The major clients that he serves include KaiLong Group, Evergrande Group, Chuang’s Group, Chinese Estates Group and other private investors.
