\u201cLangham Hospitality Investments\u201d and \u201cLangham Hospitality Investments Limited\u201d (1270.HK) is the first fixed single investment trust in Hong Kong on hospitality industry with the initial hotel portfolio comprising \u201cThe Langham, Hong Kong\u201d, \u201cLangham Place, Hong Kong\u201d and \u201cEaton, Hong Kong\u201d. The stock is released from 30 May 2013 and according to the prospectus, the net proceeds from the Global Offering which \u201cLangham Hospitality Investments\u201d and \u201cLangham Hospitality Investments Limited\u201d would receive is approximately HK$4,079 million.<\/p>\n
