A total of HKD 43.421 billion were recorded, decreased by 10.5% month-on-month. Primary transactions fell by 28.6% month-on-month to 1,081 cases; secondary transactions decreased by 12% to 3,194 cases. For January, all the four indexes recorded mixed monthly returns, ranging from a negative 0.4% to a positive 0.2%.[\/vc_column_text]
