\nA site at New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6572 at the junction of Wing Hong Street, Yu Chau West Street and Wing Ming Street, in Cheung Sha Wan will be disposed of by public tender, which will close today. It has a site area of about 30,925 sq ft and is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. Market valuation is about HKD 2.97 billion, with an A.V. of HKD 8,000 per sq ft.<\/p>\n

MTR: only 3 projects open for tender this year<\/strong>
\nMTR announced yesterday that the number of tender for property projects would reduce from 8 to 3 during the year, cutting approximately 64% supply of units. David Tang Chi-fai, Property Director of MTR, said only the Wong Chuk Hang Station Phase 2 project will be disposed of by tender in the remaining half year, after taking market supply and affordability into consideration.<\/p>\n

80% ownership of Sai Wan old building sold for HKD 210 m<\/strong>
\nRecently Tai Hung Fai Enterprise has purchased a basket of old units at 99 & 101 Des Voeux Road West, Sai Wan, involving over 80% of ownership share. The group is expected to combine the redevelopment with the projects in Connaught Road West, with a total site area of 15,000 sq ft for commercial purpose.<\/p>\n

Central Tower leased out at HKD 110 psf<\/strong>
\nIt is reported that an entire floor of Central Tower, in Central, with an area of 7,937 sq ft, has been leased out at HKD 870,000 per month, or HKD 110 per sq ft. The unit was previously leased to a renowned human resources consultancy firm at HKD 90 per sq ft. Hence, current rent lifted about 22%.<\/p>\n
