Hong Kong, 29 May 2013 – International Property Consultant Vigers Appraisal and Consulting Limited (Vigers) was appointed by “LHIL Manager Limited” (as the trustee-manager of Langham Hospitality Investments) and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited” as “Independent Property Valuer” for market value assessment of the aforesaid three hotels for inclusion in the Prospectus regarding the “Global Offering” of “Share Stapled Units” jointly issued by “Langham Hospitality Investments” and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited”.

The stock is released from 30 May 2013 and according to the prospectus, the net proceeds from the Global Offering which “Langham Hospitality Investments” and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited” would receive is approximately HK$4,079 million.
