Vigers appointed as “Independent Property Valuer”

Hong Kong, 29 May 2013 – International Property Consultant Vigers Appraisal and Consulting Limited (Vigers) was appointed by “LHIL Manager Limited” (as the trustee-manager of Langham Hospitality Investments) and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited” as “Independent Property Valuer” for market value assessment of the aforesaid three hotels for inclusion in the Prospectus regarding the “Global Offering” of “Share Stapled Units” jointly issued by “Langham Hospitality Investments” and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited”.

Mr. David Cheung, Executive Director of Vigers; and Mr. Franky Wong, Assistant Director of Vigers both congratulate the successful listing of “Langham Hospitality Investments” and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited” on the Main Board of “The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited”, and believe that the superb completion of this valuation assignment relies on strong market sense of Vigers team which facilitates professional, unbiased and pragmatic work attitude for provision of excellent valuation and consultancy services to clients.

“Langham Hospitality Investments” and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited” (1270.HK) is the first fixed single investment trust in Hong Kong on hospitality industry with the initial hotel portfolio comprising “The Langham, Hong Kong”, “Langham Place, Hong Kong” and “Eaton, Hong Kong”. The stock is released from 30 May 2013 and according to the prospectus, the net proceeds from the Global Offering which “Langham Hospitality Investments” and “Langham Hospitality Investments Limited” would receive is approximately HK$4,079 million.
