Giant shop in Tsuen Wan sold at HKD 177,500 psf
According to market news, a street shop at 33 Wo Tik Street, Tsuen Wan, with an area of 1,200 sq ft, has been changed hands at HKD 213 million or HKD 177,500 per sq ft. The total rent of the above address was HKD 561,000 per month, representing a rental yield of 3.16% to the new buyer. The shop appreciated 5.3 times in 21 years.
