Primary market recorded 256 transactions during weekend
According to market news, a total of 256 new homes were sold during the weekend, up 4.7 times w-o-w (Past weekend: 44 transactions). Among which, around 95% of the first batch of 133 units at Wetland Seasons Park Phase 3 in Tin Shui Wai were sold, and the developer offered 38 more units for sale yesterday.
Ten major estates recorded 16 transactions over weekend
According to market news, a total of 16 transactions were recorded in the ten major estates over the weekend, up two transactions or 14.3% w-o-w. Among which, zero transaction was recorded in Laguna City.
Shop at Sai Wan transacted at HKD 38 m
According to market news, shops A & B, G/F, 55-57 Catchick Street, Sai Wan, with a total area of 1,600 sq ft, have been transacted at HKD 38 million or HKD 23,750 per sq ft through company transfer.
Residence Bel-Air changed hands at HKD 30,669 psf
Unit B, high-floor, Tower 5, Phase 2, Residence Bel-Air, Pok Fu Lam, with a saleable area of 1,376 sq ft, has been sold with a parking space at HKD 42.2 million or HKD 30,669 per sq ft. The original owner bought the unit at HKD 10.41 million in 2003, making a book profit of HKD 31.79 million in 17 years.
