Three projects applied for pre-sale consents in July
The Lands Department received three pre-sale consent applications for 1,551 units in July, down 44.3% m-o-m (June: 2,786 units). A total of 14,314 units applied for pre-sale consents in the first seven months this year, and is 38.2% higher than 10,360 units in 2019.
Primary private home transactions dropped 23% m-o-m in July
According to market news, the primary private home transactions got 1,645 registrations in July, down 23% m-o-m (June: 2,139 cases), ending the increasing trend in three months. The consideration increased by 4% on a monthly basis to HKD 21.978 billion.
Unit rent of The Center hit 10-year low
According to market news, Unit 02, low-to-mid-floor, The Center, Central, with an area of 1,973 sq ft, has been leased at HKD 79,000 per month or HKD 40 per sq ft. The unit rent hit the lowest of the building in ten years.
Special unit of Altissimo sold at HKD 44.8 m
A special unit, high-floor, Tower 1, Altissimo, Ma On Shan, with a saleable area of 1,519 sq ft and a 1,283-sq-ft-rooftop, has been sold at HKD 44.8 million or HKD 29,493 per sq ft. A total of 438 units were sold, cashing in HKD 3.7 billion.
