According to the Land Registry, a total of 6,125 residential transactions were seen in February, increased by 34.3% month-on-month. A total of HKD 56.9 billion were recorded, increased by 43.3% month-on-month. Primary transactions rose by 165% to 1,553 cases; secondary transactions improved 15% to 4,572 cases. Except Luxury Index, for February, all the other three indexes were rebounded by 0.0%-0.2% month-on-month.
