According to the Land Registry, a total of 2,869 residential transactions were seen in March, down by 1% month-on-month. A total of HKD 26.926 billion were recorded, decreased by 9% month-on-month. Primary transactions fell by 67% month-on-month to 161 cases; secondary transactions increased by 11% to 2,708 cases. For March, all the four indexes recorded negative monthly returns, ranging from 0.6% to 3%.

According to the Land Registry, a total of 2,912 residential transactions were seen in February, down by 31.9% month-on-month. A total of HKD 29.473 billion were recorded, decreased by 32.1% month-on-month. Primary transactions fell by 55.5% month-on-month to 481 cases; secondary transactions decreased by 23.9% to 2,431 cases. For February, all the four indexes recorded negative monthly returns, ranging from 0.6% to 1.4%.

Primary transactions fell by 28.6% month-on-month to 1,081 cases; secondary transactions decreased by 12% to 3,194 cases. For January, all the four indexes recorded mixed monthly returns, ranging from a negative 0.4% to a positive 0.2%.

For November, all the four indexes recorded a negative 0.1% month-on-month change to a positive 0.5% month-on-month growth.
