According to the Land Registry, a total of 4,643 residential transactions were seen in October, down by 20.6% month-on-month. A total of HKD 49.7 billion were recorded, dropped by 11.4% month-on-month. Primary transactions fell by 32.7% month-on-month to 1,297 cases; secondary transactions fell by 14.6% to 3,346 cases. For October, all the four indexes recorded a negative 0.1% month-on-month change to a positive 1.2% month-on-month growth.
