According to the Land Registry, a total of 7,084 residential transactions were seen in May, dropped by 3.3% month-on-month. A total of HKD 76.83 billion were recorded, increased by 7.4% month-on-month. Primary transactions rose 47.3% month-on-month to 1,572 cases; secondary transactions fell by 11.9% to 5,572 cases. For May, all the four indexes rose across the board by 0.4-0.7% month-on-month.

According to the Land Registry, a total of 7,325 residential transactions were seen in April, dropped by 1.6% month-on-month. A total of HKD 71.55 billion were recorded, increased by 3.2% month-on-month. Primary transactions fell by 31.3% month-on-month to 1,067 cases; secondary transactions improved 6.2% to 6,258 cases. For April, all the four indexes rose across the board by 0.2-0.8% month-on-month.

According to the Land Registry, a total of 4,562 residential transactions were seen in January, down by 24.8% month-on-month. A total of HKD 39.7 billion were recorded, down by 32.3% month-on-month. Primary transactions plunged by 72.2% to 586 cases; secondary transactions improved 0.5% to 3,976 cases. Except Luxury Index, for January, all the other three indexes were down by 0.1%-0.3% month-on-month.

According to the Land Registry, a total of 6,067 residential transactions were seen in December, dropping by 0.05% month-on-month. A total of HKD 58.7 billion were recorded, rising 1.1% month-on-month. Primary transactions fall by 4.1% to 2,111 cases; secondary transactions dropped 2.2% to 3,956 cases. For December, all the four indexes were down by 0.2%-0.3% month-on-month.

According to the Land Registry, a total of 6,070 residential transactions in November, increasing by 22.6% month-on-month. A total of HKD 58.1 billion were recorded, rising 16.1% month-on-month. Primary transactions increased by 110.4% to 2,201 cases; secondary transactions dropped 0.9% to 3,869 cases. For November, with the exception of the luxury home index rising 0.2% month-on-month, the other three indexes all recorded monthly declines from 0.2% to 0.9%.
