According to the Land Registry, a total of 7,444 residential transactions were seen in March, increased by 21.5% month-on-month. A total of HKD 69.3 billion were recorded, increased by 21.8% month-on-month. Primary transactions remained the same at 1,553 cases; secondary transactions improved 28.8% to 5,891 cases. For March, all the four indexes rose across the board by 0.1-0.7% month-on-month.
