According to the Land Registry, a total of 5,409 residential transactions were seen in November, rose by 16.5% month-on-month. A total of HKD 51.3 billion were recorded, increased by 3.2% month-on-month. Primary transactions rose by 44.0% month-on-month to 1,868 cases; secondary transactions increased by 5.8% to 3,541 cases. For November, all the four indexes recorded a negative 0.1% month-on-month change to a positive 0.5% month-on-month growth.
